MTA Subway Time App Reviews

Works but I hate that I have to select my line and station EVERY TIME. I like QUICK STOP NYC better. Its more accurate and allows me to save my favorite stops so I can find times at a glance. Also, has this countdown thing that if you loaded the subway times above ground, it will keep an arrival countdown when you go underground and lose cell signal. Works pretty well.

This is a good app for the lines it covers. Add a favorite stations option so you dont have to scroll through long list of stations to get to the one use everyday. Thanks

This app only shows limited trains, mainly in Manhattan. Need to get more train lines.

I refuse to believe that this is even a legit MTA app

While waiting for the N train (18 and counting mid week mid day) this app was no help. Of course only the trains that we never have to wait for are the ones available. And the lines that are always delayed, the ones whose riders need this app arent available in real time. (Or anytime)

Constantly shows huge gaps in service when there arent. Always running to the train only to find out theres another one between the 4 and 20 minute one it originally told me.

It tells you only based on T.g he schedule, not realvtimed

This app feels like a website. Its clunky, slow and doesnt remember any home settings.

The app gets the job done but MTA needs to update the interface. It looks horrible.

The app is good and i like it but the UI could definitely use some improvement. Something similar to the bus time app would be nice.

Missed a closer train because the times were wrong, app made for a more inconvenient commute

If there was less than a 1, Id give it. If you are going to charge as much as you do, be as unreliable as your are and entirely fail at your ability to service your consumer I suppose this app should be entirely on par with my expectations; however, I expect more. My bad, Im sure.

The app works very well for me, it has never glitched but can you please add an A train

Can you please update your information better and faster. Can we also have the option to check our metro card Balance on here. Its would definitely save time.

It only has a few train lines and the ones they have dont even work! The arrival times are completely inaccurate.

This app hasnt been updated since 2014, ridiculous. This shows lack of interest from MTA, they have the money and resources to create a great user friendly app, but they dont care.

Times are always inconsistent and why are only a few train lines trackable? With the amount of money New York robs its people, you think they could at least invest some of that money to build a better subway tracking system or a better subway system
